Anna Kljajic

Principal Psychologist and Founder

Anna is a seasoned professional with a rich 20-year history within the field of Psychology, having navigated both clinical and organisational settings.   As well as being a skilled therapist, working with adults and children, Anna has a wealth of experience in psychometric testing, training and development, career coaching and career transition support across both private and government sectors. 

 

Throughout her journey, Anna has exhibited a dedication to ongoing professional development, ensuring that her approach remains holistic, tailored, and evidence-based. This commitment reflects her genuine passion for providing personalised solutions that meet the unique needs of each individual.

In her role as the driving force behind Cloud Psychological Services, Anna has crafted a space that unites like-minded professionals in an environment that prioritises safety and comfort. The foundation of this initiative lies in delivering an exceptional patient experience, with a focus on fostering well-being and growth.

Anna is a Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency, a registered Supervisor, and a Member of the Australian Psychological Society with SIRA accreditation, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to upholding the highest standards within the practice.

Whether in the clinical realm or organisational contexts, Anna's wealth of experience, coupled with her commitment to continuous learning, positions her as a trusted expert in the field. Neil McDonald

Senior Psychologist

Neil is a Registered Psychologist over 20 years experience working with adults, couples and families.  Registered with the Psychological Board of Australia, Neil has utilised Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused Models of Therapy, Exposure therapy, Narrative  Brief Therapy and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy. With a focus to empowering individuals, he encourages people to take control of their lives and to make positive and constructive decisions to help their lives. Neil has worked in a number of areas with disadvantaged groups, long term unemployed, workers compensation, those with an intellectual and mental illness, Rehab services and psychology services for injured workers, and most recently working with NDIS clients.  Throughout his career, Neil has also practiced in NSW universities and TAFE environments where he has counselled individuals for both educational, work and personal purposes.

Hayley Clifton

Psychologist (Provisional)

A provisionally registered Psychologist and experienced Teacher and School Counsellor within the Educational sector, possessing over 18 years of experience within NSW and QLD, from preschool to year 12.  Hayley is a registered teacher and registered Provisional Psychologist who utilises her training and comprehensive experience to enhance student wellbeing and learning outcomes through evidence-based systems and practices.  She joins our practice with an exceptional degree of experience in counselling, psychoeducational assessment, individual student support and intervention, and recommendations and advice to students, teachers and parents. Her diverse educational experiences, quality practice and commitment to improving student learning allows Hayley to engage with students and their families with confidence, credibility and enthusiasm.

Dimi Taseski
Psychologist (Provisional)

Dimi is a provisionally registered psychologist who is passionate about enriching the lives of those around him. He has years of experience in the mental health and engineering industries, where he utilised evidence-based practice and research in improving people’s quality of life in educational, professional, and personal settings. Dimitar is a published journal author (peer-reviewed), and has shown great commitment to the discipline through his Class 1 Honours in Psychology, while in the process of finalising his Master in Psychology. He has most recently assisted people with a lived experience of mental health issues in developing the required skills and resilience to thrive in open-employment. He is an advocate of a person-centered approach to therapy, where the beliefs, values, and idiosyncrasies of each individual dictate the therapeutic journey. Through active listening, empathy, and a collaborative approach, Dimitar creates a safe and non-judgemental space, empowering individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours while facilitating positive change.

Fiona Simson
Senior Psychologist

Fiona is a registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), becoming registered in 2012. She holds a degree in Psychology (B.Arts Double Major in Psychology and Education) and a Post Graduate Diploma of Psychology. 

She has experience in clinical settings, providing one on one and group therapy sessions, along with experience working in occupational rehabilitation, including supporting clients in their career transition and facilitating coaching support to workplaces.  Her approach is focused on providing person-centred intervention and support to clients experiencing a variety of presentations including anxiety, depression, grief, pregnancy and parenting challenges. She has worked with children, adolescents and adults and is compassionate and collaborative in her approach. She is competent in delivering treatment methodologies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution Focused Therapy.  

Fiona upholds her professional and evidence-based approach by her continued engagement in professional development. More recently, she has completed training courses through Perinatal Anxiety and Depression Australia (PANDA) and has completed a perinatal psychology course with the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE), with this being an area of interest for her.  Fiona is also SIRA accredited.

Furthermore, Fiona is skilled in the administration and delivery of a variety of psychometric tests.  She is a Board Approved Supervisor, providing supervision, support and coaching to provisional psychologists to assist them in their journey to registration.  

 

 
 
Adrianna Soulis
Psychologist (Provisional)

Adrianna has been working in the mental health field for several years both in the private and public sectors in Sydney and the Northern Rivers. She holds an Honours degree in Psychology, a Masters in Psychotherapy and Counselling, and is currently completing her registration as a Psychologist through AHPRA. She has worked with a variety of different mental health presentations, predominantly mood and anxiety disorders, substance use and adolescent mental health. Her broad experience allows her to work with children, adolescents and adults providing therapy and assessments. Adrianna is also one of our resident facilitators at our Community @ Cloud workshops.

 

Adrianna believes in a collaborative, person-centred and creative approach to therapy. She aims to help her clients transform their emotional blocks in life into opportunities for self-reflection and re-direction towards a more balanced, fulfilling path. Adrianna draws on her studies in CBT, ACT, narrative and solution-focused modalities, as well as her personal practices of the creative arts, yoga, and mindfulness.

 

"I believe the relationship between therapist and client is key. This needs to be strongly established before we can co-journey together into accepting who we are, or to make changes to our lives. Change is not easy, but certainly possible. I hope to create a space for people to meet their potential in all aspects of their lives by finding practical, holistic steps together that reflect their deep values."
