Do you offer after hours appointments?
Yes - We offer appointments until 7pm on Tuesdays, as well as Saturday appointments from 9am - 1pm.
Do I need a referral to see a Psychologist?
No, a referral is not required in order to schedule an appointment with one of our Psychologists. However, a referral and Mental Health Care Plan will entitle you to a rebate on your appointments with a Registered Psychologist. Speak with your GP in order to determine your eligibility for a Mental Health Care Plan.
Can I claim through my private health fund?
Some health funds offer cover for Psychological services. You should contact your health fund provider in order to determine your level of cover. You are not able to claim from both your health care fund and Medicare.
What are your scheduled fees?
We have an alternate schedule of fees for week days and weekends. Our current week day rate is $250 for a 50 minute appointment, and $270 for a Saturday. If you have a Mental Health Care Plan you will receive an $93.35 rebate (or higher if eligible) on appointments with a registered Psychologist. If you are experiencing financial difficulty please contact our office in order to discuss payment options.
Do you offer psychometric assessments?
We are trained in the administration and reporting of a broad range of psychometric assessments. We offer customised test batteries in order to meet your unique needs, ranging from cognitive ability to career guidance or professional development. Given the range of assessments available, our prices vary. Call or email us to discuss your specific needs.
