Kathy is a dedicated registered psychologist with experience supporting children, adolescents, and families across both public and private settings. She integrates evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), to deliver personalised care that meets each client's unique needs.
Psychology is Kathy’s second career, driven by a profound passion for understanding human behavior and guiding individuals through life’s challenges. She is committed to fostering strong, collaborative relationships with her clients, focusing on building their strengths, gaining deeper self-awareness, and creating meaningful, lasting change. Kathy’s approach is rooted in the belief that therapy is a partnership, where growth and transformation occur through mutual effort.
Kathy has worked with individuals facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, and life transitions. She is passionate about empowering clients to step outside their comfort zones and discover new opportunities for growth.
